Most of the time we go into something new with all the right intentions. However, the reality can be quite different. Starting a new Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle can have you feeling like you need to do it all at once.
When I started my journey 4 years ago, I tried to create an Intermittent Lifestyle while I was chasing all the experts too, and ended up changing what I was doing daily. This was a huge mistake. I was exhausted and frustrated. When I realized I wasn't getting the results that I was looking for, I regrouped and just focused on fasting long and feasting well until I found my groove. I even put off working out for an entire year until I knew I had the fasting and feasting part down. That entire year of learning is now our 3 week Intermittent Fasting course. An opportunity for you to listen to you and your body and shut out all that other advice.
