Your fasting window will determine how quickly your body will heal. Most popular fasting protocols aren't working for us. We can't fast like men. Our hormones are different. And we can't fast like fitness models.  We just aren't living that lifestyle. We need time in a fasted state to experience the magic of hungry and what that time can do to balance out our hormones and help us lose weight.

A little about me....

I am a 53-year-old wife, mom, and aging woman.

The for Today's Aging Woman is a community that I started  a few years ago to share my journey through menopause publicly in hopes of helping women who were suffering through the same hormonal changes as me. 

I am the creator of the  Intermittent Fasting for Today's Aging Woman Course and online community. 

I believe every woman, despite her age, should have the opportunity to LOOK and FEEL her best and LIVE her most AUTHENTIC life.   And the women in this community are doing just that.
