" It helped me to figure out why I didn't enjoy exercise and what I could do to make that change. I actually set exercise goals and achieved them! I learned to push myself and to really focus as I exercise, now knowing that I need to engage and think about what I'm doing. I've learned to exercise whenever I can. In the past, I could only learn things one way and that was the way I'd do things forever... until I burned out.
