Yes, you can do this course at your own pace.  This course is online.  You simply log in with your email address and password to the link provided to you when you register. Keep in mind however, that we all start class on the same date.

My goal is to teach you how to create a nutritional lifestyle for yourself that is centered around all of the foods that make you look and feel your best.  And will allow you to live your life most authentically in any social situation.

Any woman who is struggling to maintain hormonal balance.  Hormonal imbalance happens to all of us.  At very different times in our lives.  The result of that hormonal imbalance is what we all have in common.  It is making us age faster than we should or want to.

It is my thought that if you are living then you are also aging.  Any age group is affected by this.

My goal is to teach you how to age successfully.
