I have been using Shakeology for about 8 years. I stopped about 4 months ago and really regretted that. I wasn't feeling as good, digestively and missed my quick fix complete nutrition.

It is Vegan (no soy) and is a meal replacement. I do add some extras to it. Nut butters and flax oil for some extra fat. I think you will like it.
